Yes, Spark and all other J.C. Hart communities necessitate a credit check to be run during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which goes to the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new lease.

No, Spark does not provide income-based housing.
No, Spark does not allow our Residents to pre­pay their full lease. Rent is to be paid on a monthly basis on the first of each month.
