Spark welcomes most breeds of pets to our Fishers apartment community. Pets bigger than 75 lbs have to be housed on a first floor unit or the second floor above a garage. There is a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for pet-owning Residents.

Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 with a 60 day notice.
Yes, Spark and all other J.C. Hart communities necessitate a credit check to be run during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which goes to the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new lease.

No, Spark does not provide income-based housing.
No, Spark does not allow our Residents to pre­pay their full lease. Rent is to be paid on a monthly basis on the first of each month.
