"The Spark Apartment Community in Downtown Fishers is a quiet and charming gem nestled steps away from The Fishers Police Department, Government Center, and the brand new state of the art Fire Station #91. The lobby is contemporary in style and is the greeting space where one can find Mackenzie, Megan, or Charity masked and ready to spring into action as the Leasing Office Staff with heart. Jay, the Maintenance Main Man, knows everything about everything. They're all a part of the J.C. Hart Management Family and value each and every person. The amenities are next level and the apartments are great."

"Spark is a very well maintained apartment building, that is very updated, luxurious, and aesthetically pleasing. It comes with plenty of amenities such as 2 decent sized workout rooms and a pool. You can't pick a better location, as this is right off of the brand new Nickle Plate Trail, right beside the Hamilton East Public Library, and in between SOOO MANY amazing stores and restaurants. It is truly a perfect place to live if you want to walk everywhere. I can walk to the grocery store, my dentist, my doctor's office, the nail salon, hair salon, the library, and several public parks from where we are located with ease. Great place to live!"
